Concertgoers’ complaints pour in after weather dampens Jacksonville Funk Fest experience

After a seven-year absence, the Jacksonville Funk Fest returned to Metropolitan Park for a two-day outdoor music experience with an R&B and hip-hop lineup that included 112, Trey Songz, Carl Thomas, Charlie Wilson and more. But some performers were cut short or did not hit the stage at all.
