Jacksonville moves up in top 25 rankings for best US cities for renters: study

For renters seeking affordability, space and steady economic growth, Jacksonville is emerging as a top choice in 2025. The River City ranks No. 21 as a best U.S. city for renters in 2025, according to a recent RentCafe report. That’s up from 25th last year.
