He may be the ousted President of Venezuela, but Nicolás Maduro is navigating the U.S. justice system. His attorneys are expected to argue he is shielded by head-of-state immunity. Jeremy Rosenthal, a nationally renowned prosecuting and defense attorney and legal analyst, joined News4JAX Anchor Bruce Hamilton on The Morning Show. Rosenthal said the circumstances surrounding Maduro and his wife are unusual. However, he believes the Supreme Court says how a defendant gets here does not necessarily bar prosecution.
