Consumer Reports investigation finds nearly 400 reports of exploding glass oven doors in 15 months

A Consumer Reports investigation reviewed complaints filed with the Consumer Product Safety Commission over a 15-month period and found nearly 400 incidents of exploding glass oven doors and more than 40 injuries.
