City Council to vote on Downtown Entertainment District that could extend last call

Jacksonville City Council is expected to discuss a proposal to create a Downtown Entertainment District, a move that could allow bars and restaurants in a defined area to serve alcohol until 3 a.m., one hour later than the current citywide cutoff.
