Woman who found emaciated Great Dane in Jacksonville puts up $5K, urges community to come forward

Perrin Todd found a severely emaciated Great Dane on the side of the road and tried to help save him, but the dog, nicknamed "Miracle," couldn't be saved. Now she's added $5,000 to the Crime Stoppers reward, making the total $8,000 for any information leading to a felony arrest in the animal cruelty case.
