Pumpkins are nutritious and can be delicious and can be prepared many way in the air fryer. This quick recipe was simple. Chunks of culinary pumpkin or squash, tossed in oil with garlic powder, salt, and cinnamon. Cook in air fryer at 380 degrees for eighteen minutes, shaking the basket half way through. Enjoy!
