Rance and Eden tested out the viral sweet potato with cheese trend. The recipe calls for a piping hot sweet potato, halved, and stuffed with the cheese of your choice. Upon experimenting, we recommend a soft cheese that is more meltable than the cheddar/gruyere blend that Eden chose.
