Make it Happen Foundation 2 Mile Run - Community event supporting seniors and home repair

The inspiration that sparked Make It Happen Foundation came from an encounter with a Jacksonville resident whose home was falling apart at the seams. After contacting numerous agencies on her behalf members begin to recognize one thing - the need that exists in our communities outweighs the resources that are readily available.  The collective group officially formed with the goal to raise funds to provide seniors with the resources they need to repair or rebuild their homes.  Their first fundraising event “Make it Happen 2 Mile Run” will take place on February 7th at Beaver Street Enterprise.
