Nationals MLB player Jacob Young surprises T-ball team with a visit this week

Former Ponte Vedra and University of Florida baseball star Jacob Young returned to his hometown this week and paid a visit to Davis Park, a place he grew up playing at. The T-ballers and their families were thrilled to see him.
