Jaguars WR Trenton Irwin brings workmanlike mentality, trades acting career for football

Jaguars wide receiver Trenton Irwin joined the team as a free agent this offseason. He spent the previous six seasons with the Bengals. His mentality is to always work hard because he says he has to prove himself just like in his rookie season as an undrafted free agent. Irwin was used on special teams as a returner during the first preseason game against the Steelers. Growing up, Irwin was an actor and model following in his father's footsteps, but after getting benched for one quarter in his freshman season he ended his acting career to focus on football.
