News4JAGs: Lack of moves in free agency shouldn't be a negative for Jaguars

The Jaguars have signed only one player in free agency, running back Christopher Rodriguez. But they re-signed three of their own priority free agents and should be well-positioned to add a few compensatory draft picks next year. Salary cap issues prevented any significant moves, but the best players seldom, if ever, hit the open market. Jamal St. Cyr and Justin Barney say that laying low was definitely by design.
