At 73 and still going strong, Susan Wallis continues to inspire as she gets ready for 48th Ironman

St. Johns County resident Susan Wallis is approaching a triathlon milestone. The 73-year-old has been a fixture in races for more than four decades and she’s still going strong. On Saturday, Wallis will try and complete her 48th Ironman Triathlon. The former Terry Parker High School math teacher who retired in 2007 remains an inspiration for putting your mind to something and going after it.
