Weather Authority Weekday: Richard 'cuts ties' on Mark's last day at News4JAX

The Weather Authority celebrated meteorologist Mark Collins on Thursday for his final day at News4JAX. Chief Richard Nunn joined the Weather Authority Weekday show along with Mark and Michelle McCormick to bid Mark a fond farewell and ceremonially "cut ties."
