Freeze warning, bitter wind chills as new year approaches

These wind chills are nothing to mess with. Gusts along the coast are coming in around 20 mph, with steady breezes inland too. Because we’re staying dry and windy, the fire risk is up across much of our area.  This means fireworks can get out of hand in an instant.
