JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Almost a spring-like storm system will tap just enough cold air to produce a wild range of weather for Jacksonville.
Saturday is a busy weather day, morning rains/showers will be followed by a “pause” through the early afternoon hours.
Saturday afternoon - SEVERE STORMS? Mainly south of I-10, but a few could roll up along I-95 into Georgia.
Rainfall totals should exceed 2″ in many places, yet south of town, the amounts will be more scattered.
Sunday winds crank up, as skies clear, temperatures fail to warm. Highs only in the low 60s! Winds to 40 mph!

Lesser amounts south are more likely due to the scattered severe/heavy storms expected there.
Severe storms (squall line) with intense rainfall and possible tornadoes.
