A flash flood warning is in effect for Putnam County until 6:45 p.m. as storms move through Northeast Florida.
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen and an additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over the area.
