JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – It will be mostly clear and cold tonight with temperatures in the 20s and 30s.
A FREEZE WARNING will go into effect Friday morning for areas west of the St. Johns River. Make sure to take protective measures, especially if you have outdoor plants.
High pressure will settle in tomorrow through early next week. Temperatures will remain below normal with highs near 60 on Friday and mid to upper 60s on Sunday.
We will be ahead of another front early next week, which will bring warmer temperatures to our area. Temperatures will soar back into the 70s on Monday and Tuesday with lows in the 50s.
The front will move across the area late on Tuesday, which will bring a chance for scattered showers in the afternoon and evening. This front will usher in cooler air on Wednesday with highs back in the 60s under plenty of sunshine.
