Inland areas will watch the temperatures plummet overnight with a Hard Freeze for inland southeast Georgia and a Freeze Warning for northeast Florida.

Sunny, cool and not as breezy on Tuesday with temperatures warming through the rest of the week. Clear and cool overnight with patchy frost possible for areas of SE GA.

Tonight: Freeze Warning 7 p.m. - 9 a.m., clearing skies, light wind.

Tuesday: A cold start to the day with less than seasonal afternoon highs under sunny skies. A Freeze Warning will start the day followed by a warmer afternoon. Morning lows in the 20s and 30s for SE GA, 30s, 40s and 50s for NE FL. Afternoon highs under sunny skies in the upper 50s to 60s. Wind: NNE 5-10 mph. Clear and cool overnight.

A warming trend will begin on Wednesday with a slight chance of showers possible late Thursday, early Friday.
