JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Warming temperatures today back up close to 70 degrees, but the clouds have really kept some of that warmth at bay today. Overnight temperatures will drop into the 50s.
Saturday morning will begin under mostly cloudy skies as the front approaches Southeast Georgia from the northwest.
The time frame for the chance of severe weather associated with this storm is more likely before sunset, when it’s a little warmer outside, through 8 p.m.
Gusty winds up to 40 mph, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours at times are possible. We do need the rain, and we’re looking at .5-1″ of accumulation.
