JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A shower or storm will remain possible overnight with lows near 50 degrees.
Sunday will start out cloudy and cool with temperatures in the 50s behind Saturday’s front. Clouds will gradually diminish with more sunshine expected in the afternoon as drier air moves in. It will be a cooler day with highs near 60 degrees.
A coastal trough will develop offshore on Monday, and a few spotty showers can’t be ruled out along the coast. Highs for the day will be in the mid to upper 60s.
A large area of high pressure will move over our region for most of the upcoming week. This will bring our area warmer temperatures and more sunshine. Highs will soar into the low to mid 70s on Tuesday and Wednesday. Highs will then climb into the upper 70s on Thursday and Friday. Little if any rain will fall during this timeframe.
