JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Waking up with some patchy fog, mostly along the I-75 corridor, which will burn off by 9ish.

Warming trend continues today, with high temperatures in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia tipping into the lower 80s! Slight chance of light showers in Southeast Georgia. Breezy conditions out of the southwest with gusts in the low 20 mph range.

Thursday forecast

Rain chances increase into Friday afternoon, but close-to-record highs in the mid-to-upper 80s are possible Friday and Saturday before another front approaches, bringing more much-needed rain to the area on Sunday with the chance for isolated thunderstorms.
