Women make first move on dating app

Bumble: men can't start a conversation

No description found

Dating app Bumble claims it can help women avoid "jerks."  The Business Insider reports, the company is making changes to improve sorting through potential dates.

The app filters through users by classifying them with the verified status, VIBee.  VIBee status is the term the company uses to award a user for good behavior.  It's based on a person's actions on the app.

VIBee status users can only interact with others of the same status.

With the app, women have to make the first move, meaning guys are not allowed to be the first person to start a conversation.  The new feature will be available sometime this month.
