Watch as cow, alligator slow traffic in Houston Orange barrels weren’t the source of traffic slowdowns in these cases
This certainly wasn’t a normal traffic obstacle for travelers in Houston.
Instead of orange barrels or lane closures slowing down traffic, a cow and alligator did so.

On separate occasions, a cow and alligator somehow got loose on freeways in Houston, causing major traffic backups and intense rescue efforts from officers.
