Jacksonville woman wins $1 million from $25 scratch-off lottery ticket No description found
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A Jacksonville woman recently won $1 million from a $25 scratch-off lottery ticket, the Florida Lottery announced Wednesday.
Lottery officials said Grace Jones, 69, bought her winning ticket from King Food Discount on Seminole Road off Atlantic Boulevard in Atlantic Beach.
She chose to claim her winnings as a one-time lump sum of $748,000 in lieu of receiving annual installments of the full prize.
The $25 game, $10,000,000 World Class Cash, was launched in February. It features more than $549 million in total cash prizes, including two top prizes of $10 million.
