Deputies were called to Prosperity Bank at 100 South Park Blvd. Thursday morning when bank employees there reported a suspicious person.

Witnesses said the person was fully disguised in a wig, fake beard, sunglasses, ball cap and yellow gloves.
Brenda Lee Taylor, 27, was allegedly wearing the disguise and writing a hold-up demand at a bank table when a deputy responded.
Taylor was reportedly brought to the ground by two deputies when they discovered she was a female. Deputies said they found an air pellet gun in Taylor's waistband and recovered the robbery note.
Bank employees had already filed a suspicious person report Tuesday when someone wearing the same disguise was spotted in the lobby outside the bank. Taylor was questioned and her vehicle was impounded.
Appearing in court Friday morning on attempted armed robbery charges, Taylor and her husband told Judge Charles Tinlan that medical problems and medications that she takes may be the reason for the bank robbery.
"I'm a member of a church, I work at a church ... this is completely out of character," Taylor said. "I take care of my two children. I go to their baseball games; I take them to dance."
Tinlan said those are facts a lawyer to use at trial, then set bond at $10,000.
