JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jacksonville police say they've found a 30-year-old woman who was initially reported to have been abducted in Northwest Jacksonville on Wednesday afternoon, but they're still looking for a 20-year-old man as a possible suspect.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office was called to a report of a disturbance at 8200 Siskin Avenue about 11:30 a.m. About 1:30 p.m., they notified the public that the woman, Teresa Foudray, was possibly abducted.

"Witnesses are telling us they forcibly took her from the residence, put her in the car and took her away," Sgt. Jay Farhat said. "Based on that information, we have to assume the worst."

Police said at about 3 p.m. that Foudray had been found on Kings Road by an observant officer. They said the case was no longer being investigated as a kidnapping but as a battery.

Police described the possible suspect as Ja'Kari Clark, also known as "Kari." They said he was driving a gray or sliver four-door sedan, possibly a Honda Accord. The license plate is unknown. Police said a second woman was already in the car at the time.

Farhat said the two had some sort of relationship, but didn't know any details. Channel 4 learned that both Foudray and Clark have prior arrests.

Clark is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and 160 pounds.

Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is asked to call police at 904-630-0500.
