A Chili's cook in Florida was fired after posting "sexy" shirtless photos of himself in the kitchen on Facebook.
The employee, who calls himself Justin Speekz, labeled the photos "Sexy Cooks of Chili's" and even tagged the restaurant in Valrico in the post, Tampa TV station WFTS reported.

Two of the photos show Speekz lying on a table where food is prepared.
Concerned customers noticed the photos. But state health officials said no regulations had been broken because there wasn't any food being prepared at the time.
Nonetheless, Chili's wasn't too happy.
"Chili's clearly does not encourage this type of behavior in our restaurants. We maintain very high standards of food quality, safety and cleanliness and took immediate steps to ensure the restaurant continues to follow these requirements," the restaurant said in a statement to WFTS. "Additionally, we ended this team member's employment after learning of his conduct."
