Stillwell was found dead on McDonald Street on Monday, but police believe that was believed killed at some point over the weekend. The Ware County 911 center received a call about an abandoned vehicle on a dirt path in the 2500 block of Lejune Road around 9:15 p.m. Sunday. Officers attempted to find the owner of the vehicle but were unsuccessful.

Police tried again Monday to locate the owner of the vehicle and went to the address because there was "cause for concern." Officers found Stillwell's body inside.

Waycross Police Chief Tony Tanner said Raulerson was a former roommate of Stillwell's, but he had recently moved out.

Ware County Sheriff's Office detectives assisted in developing leads that led them to Raulerson and Wilcox.
