Industrial accident leaves 1 man dead No description found
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – An employee at Capps Land Management off of West Beaver Street was found dead Thursday night, after a piece of equipment he was working on fell on him and killed him.
Officials said the accident happened around 7 p.m. when a man was doing maintenance on a back hoe, front end loader when it fell on him.
According to police the man was working on the equipment by himself when the accident happened and a short while later another employee found the man's dead body.
OSHA was notified of the accident and will be investigating to find out exactly what happened.
