Dinosaur blocks traffic in the middle of the night

LONDON – It's like a scene from the movie "Jurassic Park."

Several people snapped a photo of a replica triceratops that was spotted in the middle of the road in Godshill and shared it on social media. It was mysteriously moved Friday night.

The dinosaur is nicknamed Godshilla, and according to Isle of Wight County Press, it belongs to Martin Simpson of Island Gems.

"It's great people are talking about it, but I wouldn't want to encourage anybody to cause a hazard for traffic," Simpson told the County Press.

Simpson said he didn't know about it until he was contacted by the County Press. He said Godshilla needs a little makeover. Once he paints it, it will be moved into Island Gem's Jurassic Garden.

"We will then have a fence up, so this can't happen again," Simpson said.

That priceless moment when you're driving home from work at 3am and the road is blocked by a 20ft Triceratops!!! #godblessbeer #someoneneedsamedal
