News4Jax spoke with a boy, who said he was followed by the man.

"I was walking home from school, and I noticed this car was walking past me. And he went he opened door, and I saw him playing with himself. I had a 2x4, because I knew he was following me, and that's when he left," said Marcellis Stinnette.

Stinneette also said the man exposed himself again and then tried chasing after him.

"The second day, I was walking home from school, and I took the back roads to come home, and there his car was, sitting in front of the bushes. He opened up the door, and I saw him playing with himself again, and I started walking the other way, and he got out the car and started running after me, so I picked up a bottle glass, and I threw it at him. I ran to the people’s house who took me home," Stinnette said.

Stinnette said the same thing happened to his neighbor.

He was described as a black man between 25 and 30 years old, 6 feet to 6 feet, 2 inches tall, weighing 180 to 200 pounds. He was seen in an older-model green car -- possibly a Chevrolet -- with peeling paint on the hood, passenger side and, possibly, on the roof.

Based on witness descriptions, police produced a sketch of the man they are seeking.

Anyone with any information about the man's identity is asked to call the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office at 904-630-0500 or email at JSOCrimeTips@jaxsheriff.org. To remain anonymous and receive a possible reward up to $3,000, contact Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-TIPS.
