Police ID man shot, killed on Westside No person of interest, suspect named

JACKSONVILLE, Fla – A man killed in a shooting Sunday afternoon on Hunt Street has been identified by police.
Terry Eugene Thomas, 43, appeared to have been killed in a drive-by shooting, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
Police responded to the scene around 1:30 p.m. when Thomas was found shot.
Officials said they're unsure how many times he was shot.
The family has set up a GoFundMe account to help pay for funeral expenses.
Police have not yet identified a suspect or person of interest.
