A man charged with being an accessory after the fact in the 2015 murder of a 46-year-old Interlachen man pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 90 days in jail and 10 years of probation.

Floyd "Andy" Parrish was killed in January 2015 and his body was found in a shallow grave in the Ocala National Forest a week after he was reported missing.

Jordan Sweet, who was later charged as an accessory, led police to Parrish's body.

Richard Gertler, who was accused of killing Parrish, was indicted on first-degree murder charges but died in jail awaiting trial. Police said Gertler killed Parrish and then stole his gun collection.
