The district will host community meetings for parents, guardians, and students to become acquainted with the new principal and hear his or her vision for improving student achievement.
"As an educational leader, one of the most important factors to improve student achievement is hiring the most effective principals to lead our schools," said Clay County superintendent Addison Davis. "These individuals were handpicked and demonstrate the ability and skillset to improve teaching and learning, build a positive climate and culture, and help lead Clay County to become one of the top tier school districts in Florida. I am excited about the future of Clay County and I look forward to working with the newly appointed school leaders and their staff.”
