PALM COAST, Fla. – Deputies are looking for a woman who they identified as a person of interest in a double shooting early Monday in Palm Coast, the Flagler County Sheriff's Office said.

Shortly after midnight Monday, deputies responded to calls about shots fired at a home on Seamanship Trail.

Deputies said they found an 18-year-old suffering from two gunshot wounds, and the teen was then taken to Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach.

Around the same time, Florida Hospital Flagler notified deputies that a gunshot victim had been dropped off at the hospital. Deputies said the man, who was later identified as Michael McRoberts, was transported to Halifax Medical Center.

McRoberts, 21, was a fugitive from Flagler County wanted for violation of probation on a grand theft charge, according to the Sheriff's Office.

Investigators learned a woman driving a Honda Accord dropped McRoberts off at Florida Hospital Flagler and left.

Deputies said the woman was identified as Brooklynn Marino and the Accord she was driving was later located and towed to the Sheriff's Office.

On Monday afternoon, deputies said that they're actively searching for Marino as a person of interest in the case and asked for the public's help in finding her to see if she can provide more information.

Marino is believed to be driving a silver 2013 Nissan Altima with Florida tag IISS74, deputies said.

Sheriff Rick Staly was on the scene as deputies and detectives executed a search warrant Monday morning at the home on Seamanship Trail and recovered guns believed to have been used in the shooting, according to the Sheriff's Office.

Detectives said they also found a half-pound of marijuana, Adderall prescription pills, drug paraphernalia, scales and packaging materials typically used for the sale of drugs.

“All indications point to criminal activity involving drugs and guns that went bad,” Sheriff Staly said. “If you deal poison in this community, this is a hazard of your occupation. I am thankful that no innocent persons were hurt. I am confident that our detectives will make arrests in the future.”

Anyone with information about Marino's whereabouts is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 386-313-4911. To remain anonymous and possibly be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000, contact Crime Stoppers at 1-888-277-TIPS (8477).
