Deputies: Thief swipes $100K in jewelry from Fleming Island store No description found
CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – The Kay Jewelers on County Road 220 in Fleming Island was robbed Saturday night, according to the Clay County Sheriff's Office.
The thief reportedly struck just before 8 p.m. Saturday, stealing $100,000 worth of jewelry, according to an incident report.
The jewelry store employees said the robber was armed with a handgun.
Further details of the robbery were not released.
