List of pleas in Allied Veterans case

SANFORD, Fla. – The state has prosecuted 29 people so far surrounding the Allied Veterans of the World case.

Some have pleaded guilty to felonies and misdemeanors. Some are in pretrial diversion, an alternative to prosecution that uses a program of supervision and services administered by the U.S. Probation Service. Successfully completing the program means participants will not be charged.

Some have had charges dropped and as a part of that arrangement their corporation will enter a plea later.

Others have had charges dropped altogether. Here is the breakdown:

PLEADED TO FELONIES:

  • Jerry Bass pleaded to two felonies and sentencing pending. There was no plea agreement.
  • Chase Burns pleaded to two felonies and is pending sentencing. No plea agreement.
  • Johnny Duncan pleaded to five felonies and is pending sentencing.


PLEAD TO MISDEMEANORS:

  • Anthony Byer pleaded to one misdemeanor and was sentenced to cooperation with the state. No plea agreement.
  • Anthony Parker pleaded to two misdemeanors and awaiting sentencing. His corporation will be entering felony plea.
  • Conrad Rowe pleaded to one misdemeanor and the corporation will enter felony plea.


PRETRIAL DIVERSION:

  • Chassidy Jones is in pretrial diversion.
  • Linda Duncan is in pretrial diversion.
  • Leonard Lucas is in pretrial diversion.
  • Moses Ramos is in pretrial diversion.


CHARGES DROPPED ENTER PLEA LATER:

  • John Fannin was nolle prossed, but the corporation will be entering a plea at a later date.
  • Michael Graham was nolle prossed, but his corporation is to enter plea.
  • Michael Ryle was nolle prossed and the corporation will enter felony plea.
  • Mazen Salloum was nolle prossed and the corporation will plea.
  • Elaine Harrington was nolle prossed and the corporation will plea.
  • Joseph Harrington was nolle prossed and the corporation will plea.
  • Joey McClahney was nolle prossed and the corporation will plea.
  • Medlin was nolle prossed and the corporation to plea.
  • Samer Saloum was nolle prossed and the corporation to plea.
  • Zaher Salloum was nolle prossed and the corporation to plea.
  • Sallim Saloum was nolle prossed and the corporation to plea.
  • Bradley Skidmore was nolle prossed and the corporation to plea.
