Many saw hail as evening storms rolled through Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Mother Nature was firing off a handful of thunderstorms Tuesday evening, and many people reported seeing hail in their backyards.

Severe storms with particularly large hail were happening north of I-10 and I-295, near Whitehouse area of Western Duval County. Storm Pin pictures and videos confirmed the hail.
