Pedestrian seriously injured in Palm Coast

Palm Coast, Fla. – A 23-year-old woman was driving east on State Road 100 near Interstate 95 on Saturday night when she struck a 55-year-old woman walking in the left lane, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The pedestrian was thrown from the vehicle into the grass median after the collision. Troopers said the Bunnell woman sustained serious injuries and was transported to Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach.
