Son shoots father in foot during argument, police say
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – An argument between a father and son ended with the father being shot in the foot overnight, Jacksonville police said.
Officers were called to a home on Belair Road just after midnight and learned the father and son had been arguing before the son fired a gun. The bullet struck his father in the foot, police said.
The son was taken into custody and the father was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Police are still investigating the incident.
