25-year-old accused of manslaughter in Westside shooting that left teen dead

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 25-year-old man has been arrested and accused of manslaughter in connection with the deadly shooting of a teenage boy on Saturday.
Amin Sullivan was booked after the teen, between 15 and 17 years old, was found dead at the Addison Landing Apartment Complex on 103rd Street near Monroe Smith Road around 3 a.m.
According to JSO, a man believed to be Sullivan flagged officers down, said “he was involved in a shooting” and told them where to go.
JSO said it is not looking for any suspects.
No other details about what happened were immediately available.
