YULEE, Fl – A one-acre fire broke out near Interstate 95 and a weigh station near US 17 in Nassau County Tuesday night.

The Florida Highway Patrol says the fire started at 7 p.m. from a tree or limb falling that caused a small patch of woods to catch on fire.

When Forestry Service came on the scene around 10 p.m. the fire sparked back and multiple Fire Rescues were called to help with the flames.

The fire is extinguished and there are no smoke or visibility issues.

No injuries were reported.
