Man in 30s hospitalized after stabbing on Westside, JSO said

Police do not have a description of the suspect

JACKSONVILLE, Fla – A man is in stable condition after he was stabbed Monday on Jacksonville’s Westside, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

JSO responded to a call on Arques Road around 7:45 a.m. where they found the man, who they believe to be in his 30s, stabbed.

The man was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators believe the person who stabbed the man knew him, but JSO did not elaborate on the extent of their relationship.

No one has been arrested at this time and the police do not have a description of the person responsible for the stabbing.
