Man found shot in middle of Westside road dies at hospital
A man was killed in a shooting on Jacksonville's Westside. (WJXT)
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man was found fatally shot early Wednesday morning on Jacksonville’s Westside.
The man, whose name and age have not been released yet, was found with multiple gunshot wounds after officers were called to McGirts Village Lane just before 1 a.m.
Paramedics rushed the man to a hospital, but he did not survive.
Investigators have no information about the shooter or shooters and ask anyone with information that can help them to please call the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office non-emergency number at 904-630-0500 or Crime Stoppers at 866-845 -TIPS.
