A witness told police Ramesar and Bolden got into an argument inside a drugstore. It turned physical, and the two separated. Bolden left the store, and Ramesar followed him. What happened next was redacted in the arrest report, but Bolden was found shot to death outside the store.

Ramesar was questioned downtown and made a statement, that was redacted. Then he was booked for second-degree murder.

Ramesar was called for his first appearance on Thursday afternoon and ordered held without bond. He didn’t say anything. Arraignment is set for April 25.
