Mickler’s Landing parking lot reopens for beach access as restoration project moves forward

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. – Beachfront parking and beach access at Mickler’s Landing have reopened following the Ponte Vedra Beach Restoration Project that began in March.

The $38.6 million project covers nine miles of beach from the Duval County line and down south to the Guana Preserve.

While work is anticipated to finish by early August, St. Johns County officials said there are times when the parking lot may temporarily close for public safety during the repair or delivery of large contractor equipment.
