City of Jacksonville hosts career fair Tuesday
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The city of Jacksonville will host a career fair from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday at the Prime Osborn Convention Center.
The event will include most city departments and constitutional offices and will be seeking applicants for a full range of municipal positions, including police and fire; inspection services; construction and maintenance; and other infrastructure and recreational positions.
In addition to full-time positions, part-time, seasonal, and volunteer opportunities will also be available.
What's the Deal? Check out our weekly newsletter compiled by Consumer Investigative Reporter Tiffany Salameh.
There is no entrance or parking fee, and no pre-registration is required.
There will also be a free computer lab on site so job seekers can apply for jobs on the spot.
