Ascension St. Vincent’s to provide free physicals for children ages 4-18 in Jacksonville Beach

JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. – Ascension St. Vincent’s will provide free physical exams for children ages 4 to 18 years old at the end of July in Jacksonville Beach.
According to the hospital, immunizations will also be available by calling 904-308-7915 at least a week prior to the event.

When: 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, July 27
Where: Carver Center at 777 5th Ave. South in Jacksonville Beach
