Newsweek recently named Ascension St. Vincent’s Southside Hospital as one of the best maternal hospitals based on the number of deliveries and the level of personnel vaccination.

UnitedHealthcare is currently in contract negotiations with Ascension Health Florida, and if the two sides can’t reach a deal by May 1, thousands of patients could lose in-network access to some of the region’s largest hospitals.
